The mission of the South Carolina Foster Care Review Board is to provide external accountability for the foster care system and to advocate on behalf of children in foster care.
South Carolina will make child well-being a top priority by assuring safe, permanent families for all children in foster care.
The South Carolina Department of Children’s Advocacy, created in S.C. Code § 63-11-2210, et. seq. officially began operations July 1, 2019. Foster Care Review Board is a division of the new agency.

Alexis describes herself as smart, pretty, respectful, and nice. She enjoys shopping, reading, and talking on the phone. Favorites are Science and Reading classes and the color purple.
Alona describes herself as pretty, smart, and talented. She likes skating, dancing, and going shopping and to the movies. Favorites include English class and the colors pink and yellow.
The sisters hope to be adopted together and are seeking a family who likes to travel and has pets.
